Return Policy

1. Service Arrangements
The health check services and vaccination services offered on this website are appointment-based services. After successful order placement and payment, customers must contact the Company within the validity period of the order to make a booking and use the service. These services do not involve physical product delivery.

2. Delivery Arrangements
If any health products sold on this website require physical delivery, the relevant product page will specify the delivery method, logistics provider, shipping time, delivery time, and applicable charges. If no such information is stated on the product page, the product does not include physical delivery arrangements.

3. Return and Refund Terms
Once an order is confirmed, changes or refunds are generally not allowed. If a customer needs to change the plan contents or request a refund for special reasons, valid medical proof must be provided and the request must be reviewed by our centre doctor before processing. An administrative fee of 3.5% of the refund amount will apply to all refunds.

If the Company fails to provide the relevant service within the validity period of the order, the amount paid for that service will be refunded without any administrative fee.

4. Booking Arrangements
After successful order placement and payment, customers should contact Kinetics Integrated Medical & Health Centre within the validity period to make an appointment and use the service.

5. Rescheduling
If customers need to change the booking date and time, please contact the booked medical centre directly. The number of changes is unlimited, and no fee will be charged for such changes.

6. Adverse Weather Arrangements
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, service arrangements may be affected. Please follow the announcements on the Group’s Facebook page. If customers need to reschedule due to these circumstances, no fee will be charged for such changes.

7. Pre-examination Preparation
Preparation requirements vary by health check item. Please contact the medical centre for enquiries.

8. Report Arrangements
Reports are generally issued within 4 to 6 weeks after the examination. If customers wish to see a doctor or registered nurse for report explanation, please call the centre in advance to make an appointment. Doctor consultation hours vary by centre; please contact the relevant centre for enquiries and booking.

9. Report Collection Period
Customers must collect their reports within 1 year after the examination. If the report is not collected within the deadline, the Company reserves the right to destroy the report without prior notice.

10. Third-Party Collection of Reports
If another person is authorized to collect the report on behalf of the customer, the authorized person must bring the authorization letter and a copy of the customer’s identity document to the centre.

12. Final Decision
Kinetics Medical & Health Group Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation and termination of this offer. Any changes or cancellations may be made without prior notice.
