Applicable to Health Check Services, Vaccination Services, and Sale of Health Products
1. General Terms
This website is operated by Kinetics Health Group Limited (the “Company”), which provides health check services, vaccination services, and the sale of lawful health products. By placing an order, making a reservation, purchasing, or using any service/product on this website, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services and Products

- Vaccination services;

The contents, prices, eligible users, availability, and limitations of each product or service are subject to the latest information shown on the relevant product page or service page.
3. Booking Arrangements
For health check or vaccination services, customers must make a booking by phone or via WhatsApp with the Company within the validity period of the order after successful payment. Customers must present valid identification documents and order confirmation details on the booking date and on the day of service for identity verification and service use.
4. Redemption Terms and Validity Period for Health Check / Vaccination Services
All health check plans are valid for 6 months from the date of payment, except for BB Expo items. Customers must complete the booking and receive the service within the validity period, otherwise the order will be void. The redemption method, applicable conditions, and restrictions for each plan shall be subject to the relevant product page and these Terms and Conditions.
5. Vaccination Service Arrangements
Vaccination services are subject to vaccine availability, medical staff arrangements, applicable age requirements, health condition, assessment by a doctor or healthcare professional, and booking availability. If any vaccine product has a specific validity period, vaccination schedule, dosage requirements, pre-vaccination health declaration, or other restrictions, these will be stated on the relevant service page, and customers must follow the instructions provided to complete the booking and vaccination.
6. Sale of Health Products
All health products sold on this website must be legally permitted products. The ingredients, usage, precautions, storage methods, eligible users, and restrictions of the products shall be subject to the product packaging, product page, or supplier information.
7. Supplementary Notes and Health Claims
Information regarding health products or related health items is for general reference only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any guarantee of efficacy. No product page, promotional material, or description shall contain exaggerated, false, misleading, unverified, or unlawful health or medical claims.
8. Overseas Sales Restriction
For health products or related categories, the Company confirms that it will not sell such health product category items to the United States or overseas regions, and will handle such products in accordance with relevant payment platform and regulatory requirements.
9. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, changes, or refunds are generally not accepted. If a customer requests a refund due to special circumstances, reasonable supporting documents must be provided and the request must be approved by the Company or the relevant medical/internal review team before processing. If a refund is approved, the Company may charge an administrative fee as applicable; the specific arrangement shall be subject to the terms of the relevant product or service.
10. Special Arrangements for Health Checks
Customers who successfully purchase a health check plan are advised to book at least 2 weeks in advance. If a Saturday appointment is required, customers are advised to book at least 4 weeks in advance. Some examination items, including X-ray, ultrasound, exercise ECG, and bone density scan (DEXA), must be arranged at designated specialist clinics.
11. Special Arrangements for Vaccinations
Vaccination services may be affected by vaccine supply, vaccine batch availability, medical staff scheduling, or clinical assessment. If a customer does not meet the vaccination requirements, cannot provide the required information, or is assessed by medical staff as unsuitable for vaccination, the Company reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel the relevant service.
12. Report and Document Arrangements
For health check services, reports are generally issued within 2 to 4 weeks after the examination, subject to the specific test items. Customers must collect the report within 1 year after the examination; if the report is not collected within the deadline, the Company reserves the right to destroy the report without further notice.
13. Adverse Weather Arrangements
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, service arrangements may be affected. Please refer to the Company’s official announcements for details. If customers need to reschedule due to the above circumstances, the Company will arrange accordingly without charging any additional fee.

15. Governing Law

The Company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision on all products, services, offers, supply arrangements, and these Terms and Conditions. Any changes, suspension, or cancellation may be made without prior notice.
