Ensure can be used as meal replacement or nutritional supplement, especially for those who wish to increase their calories and protein intake when recovering from illness and surgery.

Terms & Condition

Please fill in the delivery address (residential address only) while placing the order at e-shop. We would contact you to double confirm the delivery address & details of the consignee and we would send the customer copy of the order (pink order form) to the consignee. If you cannot receive our call or the customer copy, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 3101 4866.
We would deliver the goods around 7 working days after receiving confirmation of the order & delivery details. Delivery is limited to Hong Kong area, except Ma Wan and Islands District.
The customer copy of the order (pink order form) should be returned to the staff during delivery.
If you receive damaged or the wrong items, please contact us at 2699 2338 on the next days after receipt. All unauthorized or late return will not be processed.
Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday (9:00am to 6:00pm), except public holidays.
